Professionals joining Tenet Diagnostics can expect a modern, technology-enabled workplace focused on clinical excellence and patient-centric care.Role Description The Consultant Radiologist at Tenet Diagnostics will be responsible for interpreting a wide range of imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, and other radiological investigations. The role involves preparing clear, concise reports, consulting with referring clinicians, and participating in multidisciplinary discussions to support accurate diagnoses and treatment planning. The Consultant Radiologist will ensure adherence to established protocols, maintain high standards of quality and safety, and contribute to continuous improvement in radiology services. Responsibilities also include supervising imaging workflows, supporting technologists with protocol optimization, and keeping documentation and records up to date. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.Qualifications Relevant medical degree (MBBS) with postgraduate qualification in Radiology (MD/DNB or equivalent) from a recognized institution.Strong expertise in interpreting common imaging modalities such as X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and basic interventional procedures.Proficiency in using modern radiology equipment, PACS, and hospital information systems, with attention to image quality and reporting accuracy.Sound knowledge of radiology safety standards, radiation protection principles, and adherence to regulatory and ethical guidelines.Excellent clinical judgment, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to evidence-based practice.Effective communication skills for collaborating with clinicians, technologists, and administrative teams, and for explaining findings clearly.Ability to manage workload efficiently, maintain timely turnaround of reports, and work in a fast-paced diagnostic environment.Prior experience in diagnostic centers or hospital radiology departments; subspecialty expertise (e.g., neuro, musculoskeletal, or oncology imaging) is an advantage.
