The successful candidate will provide comprehensive rehabilitation assessment and management for patients with neurological, musculoskeletal, and other conditions requiring rehabilitation services.Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized rehabilitation plansDiagnose and manage patients with physical, neurological, musculoskeletal, and functional disordersProvide medical management to support patients' recovery and functional independenceCoordinate multidisciplinary rehabilitation programs with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionalsMonitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as requiredProvide appropriate referrals and coordinate care with other medical specialtiesMaintain accurate and confidential medical recordsEducate patients and families regarding treatment plans, rehabilitation goals, and long-term careFollow UAE healthcare regulations, clinical guidelines, and facility policiesRequirementsQualificationsMedical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent)Recognized postgraduate qualification in Rehabilitation Medicine / Physical Medicine & RehabilitationConsultant-level qualification and experience in accordance with UAE licensing requirementsValid DHA Eligibility Letter or DHA License is preferredStrong clinical, communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork skillsRelevant experience in rehabilitation, hospital, or multispecialty healthcare settingsBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageProfessional working environment in DubaiOpportunities for career development and long-term growthDetailed employment benefits will be shared by the hospital HR team with shortlisted candidates
