Key Responsibilities:We are looking for someone with a strong experience across:- Leadership Hiring- Managing stakeholders- Chasing aggressive revenue targets- Negotiations- Strong understanding of the Startup ecosystem in India.NOTE: Candidates MUST have prior experience in doing hands-on recruitment at a Leadership level.Role Requirements:- 5+ years of hands-on recruitment, with at least 2 years of experience in handling end-to-end leadership hiring.- 3+ years of handling clients directly.- At least 6 years of overall professional experience.- Exposure to startups and/or to GCC's is highly preferred.Location: Delhi NCR.
