And then there are search roles where you understand businesses, build markets, advise senior leaders, develop relationships and help organisations make important leadership decisions.We are hiring Consultants and Senior Consultants for Vahura's Finance Recruitment Group.Our team works across corporates, professional services firms, financial institutions and investment platforms on finance, tax and audit leadership and specialist mandates spanning CFO and finance leadership, tax partners, Controllership, FP&A, Treasury, Audit & Risk, Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, M&A, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Fund & Portfolio Operations, Finance Transformation and other specialist finance roles.What will you actually do?You will work across both sides of the market.You will understand an organisation, its business and the leadership problem it is trying to solve; map markets and identify high-quality professionals; speak with and assess candidates rather than simply screen CVs; manage searches from mandate to closure; build trusted relationships with finance professionals and senior business leaders; and as you grow, originate conversations and develop client relationships of your own.This is a high-ownership, client-facing search role rather than a pure sourcing position.Who are we looking for?There are two kinds of people we would particularly like to meet.1.
