Consultant/Senior Consultant - Technical - Salesforce

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement customized solutions that enhance business processes and deliver seamless user experiences across our Salesforce ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Cloud Development: Build and customize solutions to optimize sales processes, lead management, and opportunity tracking.Service Cloud Implementation: Develop case management workflows, knowledge base integrations, and customer support enhancements.Experience Cloud Solutions: Create and maintain community portals, partner/customer experiences, and self-service solutions.Custom Development: Write Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.Integration: Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs and middleware.Deployment & Testing: Manage deployments, conduct unit testing, and ensure high-quality deliverables.Admin Technical Skills: Configure users, roles, profiles, permission sets, security settings, workflows, approval processes, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder)Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and administrators to translate requirements into technical solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications4–5 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL and SOSL, Integration.Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).Familiarity with deployment tools (Gearset, Copado, or CI/CD).Hands-on Salesforce Admin skills: user management, security, automation, and configuration.Hands-on experience with APIs and integrations.Ability to write test classes and ensure high code coverage.Familiarity with release management and DevOps practices.Advanced use of automation tools (Flows, Process Builder)Ability to work in agile environments and deliver scalable solutions. Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory), Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred). Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder.
