We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Consultant / Specialist Plastic Surgeon to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE.The ideal candidate will have expertise in plastic surgery, reconstructive surgery, cosmetic surgery, and aesthetic procedures, with a strong commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and high-quality surgical outcomes.The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary environment alongside dermatologists, maxillofacial surgeons, general surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive plastic surgery consultations and clinical assessmentsEvaluate patients and develop individualized surgical treatment plansPerform plastic, reconstructive, aesthetic, and cosmetic surgical procedures within the approved clinical scopeAssess patients seeking reconstructive or aesthetic surgical treatment and establish appropriate treatment plansPerform appropriate pre-operative assessments and optimize patients for surgeryProvide detailed counseling regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, complications, and recoveryPerform post-operative assessments and provide appropriate follow-up careMonitor surgical outcomes and manage post-operative complications when requiredMaintain accurate, comprehensive, and confidential patient recordsCollaborate with anesthesiologists, dermatologists, maxillofacial surgeons, general surgeons, and other specialistsMaintain high standards of surgical safety, infection prevention, and patient careParticipate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, quality improvement, and continuing professional developmentStay updated with advances in plastic, reconstructive, cosmetic, and aesthetic surgeryComply with UAE healthcare regulations, professional standards, clinical guidelines, and facility policiesRequirementsMBBS, MD, or equivalent recognized medical qualificationRecognized postgraduate qualification in Plastic Surgery / Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery or an equivalent specialtyRelevant post-specialization clinical experienceStrong experience in plastic and reconstructive surgical practiceExcellent surgical judgment and treatment-planning skillsStrong understanding of modern plastic and aesthetic surgical techniquesExcellent communication and patient-management skillsStrong commitment to ethical practice and patient safetyAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare teamGood command of English; Arabic is an advantage
