We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Consultant / Specialist Urologist to join a reputed healthcare facility in Dubai, UAE.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the diagnosis and management of a broad range of urological conditions and will be committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive urological consultations, examinations, and clinical assessmentsDiagnose and manage a wide range of adult urological conditionsDevelop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, investigations, and patient needsManage conditions involving the urinary tract, kidneys, bladder, prostate, and male reproductive systemEvaluate and manage patients with urinary tract infections, urinary obstruction, hematuria, urinary incontinence, renal and ureteric stones, and prostate disordersAssess patients with lower urinary tract symptoms and male urinary and reproductive concernsPerform appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within the approved clinical scopeReview and interpret relevant laboratory, imaging, ultrasound, CT, MRI, and other diagnostic investigationsIdentify patients requiring surgical intervention and plan or coordinate appropriate treatmentProvide pre-operative and post-operative assessment and follow-upManage emergency urological presentations appropriately within the physician's scope of practiceProvide counseling regarding treatment options, procedures, risks, benefits, and expected outcomesMaintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patient medical recordsProvide appropriate follow-up and continuity of careParticipate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, quality improvement, infection-control, and patient-safety initiativesRequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical qualification from a recognized institution.Recognized postgraduate qualification in Urology.Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.Strong clinical and diagnostic decision-making skills.Demonstrated experience managing a broad range of urological conditions.Good procedural and clinical skills appropriate to the candidate's approved scope of practice.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Patient-focused approach with strong professional ethics.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
