Consultant - Technical Audit (Capital Projects & Consulting) - Bilingual Arabic Speaker

We have a challenging opportunity opened for the role of Consultant in our Capital Projects & Construction practice.To execute technical audits and project assurance assignments for capital projects and real estate developments, ensuring adherence to design, quality, cost, schedule, and contractual requirements, and providing independent assurance to management on project performance and controls.Role RequirementsSome of the key responsibilities of this role are:Technical Audits & ComplianceConduct technical audits of civil and structural construction works at project sites.Verify compliance with applicable codes, standards, project specifications, and approved drawings.Identify non-conformances, technical gaps, and construction risks.Quality & Construction ReviewAssess quality of workmanship for concrete, steel, foundations, earthworks, and finishing works.Evaluate construction methodologies, sequencing, and adherence to approved procedures.Check material quality, testing records, and inspection reports.Reporting & DocumentationPrepare detailed audit reports with observations, risk ratings, and recommendations.Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure.Maintain systematic audit records and compliance documentation.Coordination & SupportCoordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and QA/QC departments.Support management during internal, external, and regulatory audits.Provide technical input for dispute resolution, claims, and improvement initiatives.Desired ProfileBachelor's Degree in Engineering with relevant discipline (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Construction etc.) or Architecture.Experience of working in any of the Big 4 consulting firms in the region with focus on Capital Projects Advisory, including dispute resolution.Candidate with Minimum 3 years of industry related / relevant consulting experience with in-depth understanding of the Capital Projects domain with prime focus on project controls/Technical Audits.Arabic/Bilingual proficiency preferredKey Personal AttributesA good blend of creative thinking and rigorous analysis in solving business problems.High energy individual possessing excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
