About the roleWe’re looking for a Consulting Analyst who can think clearly, write exceptionally well, and bring ideas to life.This is not a traditional “data analyst” role. You won’t be building dashboards or writing code. Instead, you’ll be working on client-facing projects where success depends on your ability to:Understand complex topics quicklyForm a clear point of viewCommunicate it in a way that landsOne day, you might be analysing how digital wallets are evolving across Europe. The next, you could be crafting messaging for a new payments proposition or building a client presentation that influences senior stakeholders. If you enjoy turning insight into something people actually understand and act on, you’ll thrive here.Key responsibilitiesYou’ll work across multiple client projects, supporting strategy development and bringing ideas to life through high-quality outputs:Researching and distilling industry trends across payments and financial services - cutting through noise to identify what actually mattersAnalysing client challenges and market positioning to uncover clear, commercially relevant opportunitiesTurning insights into sharp narratives - not just what’s happening, but what it means and what to do nextCreating high-quality content including presentations, reports, messaging frameworks, and sales materialsSupporting client projects end-to-end, balancing multiple workstreams and delivering to a high standardCollaborating with consultants and creatives to ensure ideas are both strategically sound and engagingEssential skills and qualitiesWe’re not looking for someone who ticks every box - we’re looking for someone with the right fundamentals and mindset.Core capabilities:Exceptional written communication - clear, concise, and structured thinking on paperStrong analytical instinct - able to break down problems and form logical, evidence-based viewsAbility to connect dots - turning research into insight, and insight into actionAttention to detail - high standards in everything you produceMindset:Curious, proactive, and willing to take ownershipComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environmentInterested in how businesses grow, compete, and communicateHelpful (but not essential):Exposure to financial services, fintech, or paymentsExperience in marketing, content creation, or storytellingFamiliarity with AI tools and how they can support research or contentWhat makes this role differentMost analyst roles will teach you how to analyse.
