The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to evaluate business challenges, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking.Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities.Gather and interpret business data to support strategic decision-making.Prepare reports, presentations, business proposals, and analytical documents.Support consulting projects through research, data analysis, and solution development.Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements.Assist in developing business strategies, operational improvement plans, and recommendations.Monitor project progress, deliverables, and key performance indicators.Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and structured communication.Maintain project documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Understanding of business processes, market dynamics, and strategic analysis.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.Strong attention to detail and stakeholder coordination skills.Preferred SkillsMBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.Knowledge of business analysis and project management methodologies.Experience with consulting projects, market research, or business strategy.Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.Key CompetenciesCritical thinking and structured problem-solving.Business acumen and strategic thinking.Communication and presentation skills.Collaboration and teamwork.Adaptability and continuous learning.Ownership and accountability.How to ApplyInterested candidates can apply with their updated resume.
