Data & AI Consulting Leader - DeliveryQatarWe are partnering with a leading organisation undergoing significant growth within its consulting division. They are seeking a senior delivery leader to oversee a portfolio of strategic Data & AI engagements, ensuring exceptional client outcomes while leading high-performing consulting teams.This role is suited to someone who thrives in complex delivery environments, enjoys building strong executive relationships, and can balance operational excellence with commercial success.Responsibilities:Lead the successful delivery of multiple Data & AI consulting engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.Define and evolve delivery frameworks, governance models and best practices to improve consistency, quality and efficiency.Partner with senior client stakeholders to provide programme oversight and maintain strong executive relationships throughout engagements.Oversee programme governance, delivery performance, financial management and risk across a portfolio of consulting projects.Drive continuous improvement through delivery reviews, lessons learned and the adoption of modern delivery methodologies.Lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary consulting teams, supporting capability growth, performance and engagement.Manage resource planning and allocation across multiple projects to maximise utilisation while maintaining delivery excellence.Support business growth by contributing to proposals, client presentations and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.Requirements:10+ years' experience leading consulting delivery, digital transformation or enterprise technology programmes.Proven track record managing multiple concurrent Data & AI, analytics or technology transformation engagements.Strong experience delivering complex programmes using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.Demonstrated success leading cross-functional consulting teams and delivering measurable value for enterprise clients.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior executives and business leaders.Strong commercial awareness, including portfolio management, resource planning, financial oversight and risk management.Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are essential.***Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted***
