Local Content Compliance & Strategy ManagerMadinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia | Procurement & Supply Chain | Government & Public ServiceAre you an expert in IKTVA and LCGPA compliance and local content strategy? We're looking for a seasoned Procurement & Supply Chain leader to drive local content development and regulatory compliance within a government/public sector entity in the Kingdom.What you'll do:🔹 Develop and implement local content strategies aligned with IKTVA and LCGPA requirements 🔹 Oversee procurement and supply chain operations to maximize local content contribution and IKTVA score🔹 Lead project management across compliance and strategy initiatives🔹 Design performance reporting frameworks to track local content KPIs and compliance status 🔹 Provide local content advisory support, including IKTVA certification and audit preparation🔹 Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve departmental objectives🔹 Liaise with government authorities, ministries, and bodies such as Aramco IKTVA team and LCGPA🔹 Ensure procurement practices comply with public sector governance and transparency standardsWhat you bring:✅ 8+ years in procurement, supply chain, or local content management (government/public sector experience preferred)✅ Proven experience with IKTVA program requirements, scoring methodology, and certification ✅ Strong project management and performance reporting background✅ Demonstrated local content consulting/compliance expertise in the KSA market✅ Familiarity with public sector procurement regulations and governance frameworks✅ Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills✅ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field✅ Fluency in Arabic and English preferred✅ Willingness to be based in Madinah, KSA
