At Impact Advisors Mexico, we are looking for a Strategy & Operations Consultant to join our growing consulting practice and work on high-impact projects within the U.S. healthcare industry.This is an opportunity for professionals who enjoy solving complex business problems, working with data, interacting with clients, and turning analysis into measurable results.What will you do:As an S&O Consultant, you will work closely with U.S.-based healthcare organizations on projects related to areas such as Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle, Clinical Optimization, Quality, Labor, and Physician Enterprise Services.Your responsibilities may include:• Analyzing financial and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement • Developing insights, recommendations, and business cases • Supporting transformation and process improvement initiatives • Working with clients and stakeholders to understand business challenges • Helping implement recommendations and track results • Building Excel-based analyses, models, and KPI dashboards • Managing project deliverables and working in deadline-driven environments What are we looking for?:• 2–4 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Management Consulting, Transformation, Business Analysis, Financial Planning, or related areas • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analysis, or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong Excel skills and basic financial modeling experience • Experience working on transformation, process improvement, or implementation projects • Strong communication and presentation skills • English proficiency: B2/C1 – verbal, written, and readingA strong fit if you have:Experience in consulting, transformation, operations, Supply Chain, process improvement, or business analysis, particularly if you have worked directly with clients and have experience taking projects from analysis → recommendation → implementation → measurable impact.Experience in healthcare is a plus, but we are especially interested in candidates who can connect strategy, data, and execution.Location: Mexico City, Ciudad de los Deportes.
