Team members join a business focused on product quality, food safety, and strong partnerships with grocery retailers.Role Description The Consumer Insights and Trend Intelligence Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rowley, MA. This role is responsible for planning and executing consumer and market research projects to understand shopper preferences, product usage, and emerging trends in meat and poultry. Day-to-day activities include analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, translating findings into clear recommendations, and developing insight-driven presentations for leadership, sales, and product development teams. The manager collaborates closely with cross-functional partners to shape innovation pipelines, optimize existing product lines, and support retailer-specific strategies. The role also involves monitoring industry reports and competitive activity, maintaining dashboards and reporting tools, and helping DiLuigi Foods stay ahead of evolving consumer behavior.QualificationsStrong Consumer Insight and Customer Insight skills to identify needs, motivations, and preferences across key shopper segments.Experience in Market Research and Consumer Behavior analysis, including designing studies and interpreting data to inform business decisions.Robust Analytical Skills, with the ability to work with datasets, synthesize findings, and present clear, data-backed recommendations.Experience using research and analytics tools (e.g., survey platforms, syndicated data, dashboards, Excel, or BI tools).Ability to create concise, visually engaging presentations and reports for non-technical audiences.Demonstrated collaboration skills with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, category management, and product development.Background in consumer packaged goods, food, or retail grocery is strongly preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.Comfort working on-site in a manufacturing and office environment, with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.Salary range: $100,000 to $125,000 annually
