The role involves handling customer queries, resolving concerns, providing accurate information, and delivering an excellent customer experience.Key Responsibilities:• Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional assistance.• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.• Resolve complaints and service-related issues within defined timelines.• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.• Document customer interactions and update relevant information in CRM systems.• Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.• Meet assigned targets related to productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and attendance.• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required.• Work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Requirements: • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. • Good listening and problem-solving abilities. • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. • Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn. • Ability to handle difficult customers professionally. • Freshers can apply; prior BPO/customer service experience is an advantage. • Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, depending on the process. • Willingness to work from the office in Bangalore.
