قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجWe are looking for a Content & Communications Specialist to join the Autobia team. This role owns the words our merchants actually read — across WhatsApp, Crisp, in-app notifications, email, support macros and website copy. The ideal candidate is an excellent Arabic writer, comfortable making channel and structure decisions backed by data, and hands-on enough to run the audit, write the copy, and train the support team personally, someone who thinks about sequencing, frequency and duplication as much as phrasing, and who is as willing to remove a message as to improve one. Arabic is our primary language: you'll write in Modern Standard Arabic from a brief, not translate into it.Key Responsibilities:Own merchant lifecycle messaging across WhatsApp, Crisp, in-app notifications and email — inventory, rewriting, and ongoing governance.Decide which message belongs on which channel, and set the rules that keep it that way, working with the product and support teams.Write brand and product copy, including the inventory financing product and sales talking points.Build and maintain the Arabic terminology list — agreed wording for products, roles, actions and statuses across every surface.Write and own the Arabic editorial style guide and the tone tiers that apply to each channel.Maintain a consistent voice across every channel, for both brands.Produce the customer support guidebook and macro library, and train the support team on it.Write Arabic content for the Autobia and Qasima Plus websites.Work with growth marketing to baseline message performance and measure the impact of every change.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Literature, Marketing, or a related field.4–7 years writing professionally in Arabic, with Modern Standard Arabic as your working register.A proven track record owning a messaging system end to end — customer lifecycle, support content, or product content.Editorial discipline: style guides, terminology management, and consistency at scale.Comfortable reading support and engagement data, and changing the plan because of it.Excellent writing in Arabic; working English for internal tools and stakeholders.Nice to Have:Experience in fintech, BNPL, marketplaces or e-commerce platforms.Familiarity with the WhatsApp Business API and tools such as Crisp.Adaptability to fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving processes.
