This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across internal and external channels, including social media, internal newsletters, and digital platforms. Daily tasks include drafting posts and announcements, coordinating with operational teams to gather updates, and tailoring messages for different audiences. The coordinator will monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and support campaigns that promote awareness of operation and maintenance initiatives. Additional responsibilities include assisting with training materials, supporting events or workshops, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and clear communication.QualificationsDemonstrated skills in Social Services, with the ability to engage diverse communities and stakeholders in a professional manner.Experience in Training, including supporting or delivering orientation sessions, workshops, or educational content.Background in Teaching or instructional support, with the capacity to explain processes and concepts clearly in written and verbal formats.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Experience with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, basic photo/video editing) is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Social Sciences, Education, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
