About the RoleWe’re looking for a Content & Social Media Executive to join the Grintafy Marketing team.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the ground, creating content, and turning real moments into engaging social media experiences.You’ll be involved in covering tryouts, matches, events, and activations, interviewing players and community members, shooting content, creating short-form videos, and contributing to Grintafy’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, and X.What You’ll Be DoingCreate, shoot, edit, and publish engaging social media content.Cover Grintafy tryouts, matches, events, and activations on the ground.Interview players, community members, and other relevant stakeholders.Produce Reels, TikToks, short-form videos, sketches, and other social content.Contribute to and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, and X.Monitor football and social media trends and translate them into relevant Grintafy content.Identify and capture moments that have strong storytelling or social media potential.Contribute creative ideas and new content concepts.Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Creative, and Community teams.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is creative, proactive, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.You should:Have a strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.Be comfortable shooting content using a smartphone and/or camera.Have a good eye for visual storytelling and engaging content.Understand what performs well across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and X.Have a strong interest in football and football culture.Be comfortable interviewing people and appearing on camera when required.Bring a hands-on approach and a willingness to experiment with new content ideas.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.1+ year of experience in content creation, social media, marketing, or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.Ability to work on-site in Jeddah.Availability for event and match coverage, including occasional work outside standard working hours when required.What You’ll Get to DoIf you enjoy football, social media, and creating content that people actually want to watch, this role gives you the opportunity to be at the heart of Grintafy’s football community and create content from the ground up.📍 Jeddah | On-site ⚡ Immediate joining preferredInterested?
