We help students learn through practical training, projects, internships, workshops, and skill development programs.Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and creative Content Writing, Social Media & Campus Ambassador Intern who is interested in content creation, digital marketing, social media growth, AI-powered video creation, and student community building.The selected candidate will be responsible for managing social media content, creating trending content using AI tools, growing our online presence, and promoting Blu3Academy's training and skill development programs among students.Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Social MediaCreate engaging and trending content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social platforms.Write captions, posts, promotional content, blogs, and short-form content.Research current social media trends, hashtags, topics, and student-focused content.Create AI-generated videos, reels, promotional videos, and creative content using modern AI tools.Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.Monitor social media performance, engagement, followers, and reach.Suggest new ideas and strategies to improve social media engagement and brand visibility.Social Media MarketingSupport the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns.Promote Blu3Academy's online training, skill development, workshops, and internship programs.Engage with students and relevant communities through social media.Track monthly growth and campaign performance.Identify opportunities for improving reach, engagement, and student registrations.Campus Ambassador ResponsibilitiesWork as a Campus Ambassador for Blu3Academy.Build and maintain student networks in colleges and universities.Promote Blu3Academy's training and skill development programs among students.Conduct outreach through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, college groups, and personal networks.Help generate student registrations for Blu3Academy's online programs.Encourage students to participate in workshops, internships, and skill development programs.Maintain regular communication with interested students and guide them through the registration process.Monthly Performance ExpectationsThe intern will work toward the following measurable goals:80+ new relevant social media followers per monthMinimum 20 student registrations per month for Blu3Academy's online training or skill development programsConsistent creation and publishing of social media contentRegular participation in student outreach and campus ambassador activitiesContribution of new and creative ideas for social media growthTargets are intended as performance goals and may be reviewed based on campaign requirements, platform performance, and available opportunities.EligibilityCurrently pursuing graduation or a fresh graduate/fresher.Candidate must be based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.Good communication and writing skills.Interested in social media, digital marketing, content creation, and technology.Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, or other social platforms.Interest in AI tools and AI-powered content creation.Comfortable communicating with students and building student networks.Prior experience is not mandatory;
