We are seeking a Content & Social Media Specialist who can translate our design philosophy, project achievements, and brand identity into compelling digital content that elevates our presence across all platforms.Key Responsibilities- Content Strategy — Develop and execute a content plan that reflects SADDA’s architectural identity, project portfolio, and design narrative. - Social Media Management — Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms. - Project Storytelling — Convert architectural and fit‑out projects into visual and written stories (case studies, progress updates, before/after features). - Creative Production — Coordinate photography, videography, and graphic design to ensure high‑quality content aligned with brand standards. - Community Engagement — Respond to inquiries, nurture leads, and maintain a professional brand voice. - Performance Analytics — Track KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize content based on insights. - Campaign Execution — Support marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and project launches with tailored digital content. - Brand Consistency — Ensure all content reflects SADDA’s tone, visual identity, and design philosophy.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Architecture, or related field. - 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing. - Strong understanding of architecture, interior design, or fit‑out industries (preferred). - Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, Lightroom). - Excellent English & Arabic writing skills with the ability to craft elegant, design‑aligned captions. - Experience in photography/videography or coordinating creative production. - Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. - Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and brand alignment.What Makes This Role Unique at SADDA- You will work directly with architects, designers, and project teams to capture authentic design stories. - You will shape the digital identity of a firm known for award‑winning architecture and interior design. - You will have access to high‑end projects across Jordan & Saudi Arabia, giving you rich content opportunities.
