The Content Creator will develop and produce engaging digital content related to real estate, including social media posts, website copy, property descriptions, and marketing materials. Day-to-day tasks include planning content calendars, researching market trends and audience needs, creating visual and written content, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns. The role also involves optimizing content for brand consistency, monitoring content performance, and adjusting strategies to improve engagement and reach.Qualifications Strong skills in content creation and copywriting for digital platforms, including social media and websites.Ability to research real estate topics, understand audience needs, and translate insights into clear, engaging content.Experience with basic content planning, scheduling, and collaboration with marketing or sales teams.Familiarity with social media best practices, basic SEO concepts, and content optimization for online audiences.At least 2 years of experience in content creation, preferably in real estate, property, or related industries.Proficiency in English; strong writing, editing, and attention to detail skills.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage deadlines, and adapt content style to different channels and campaigns.
