Content Creator & Account Manager (Personal Brands)

Our mission is to amplify the voices of authentic influencers.The roleYou own a portfolio of client accounts from start to finish. You are the client's main point of contact and the person responsible for their content performing. This is not a pure relationship role and not a pure creative role. You need to understand content well enough to shape it, and clients well enough to keep them.What you will do

• Manage clients accounts as their main point of contact
• Plan each client's content: ideas, hooks, scripts and monthly calendar
• Prepare and run content sessions with clients
• Brief freelance video editors and review their work before it goes out
• Track performance and turn the numbers into next month's decisions
• Spot early signs of churn, pauses or package changes and flag them
• Keep the session tracker and client records up to dateWhat we are looking for
• You create content yourself, or have a track record of content that performed
• Strong grasp of short-form video: hooks, storytelling, retention, trends
• 1 to 3 years in account management, social media or content, ideally at an agency
• Confident with clients, including pushing back when their idea will not work
• Organized: you can run several accounts without dropping deadlines
• Fluent Arabic, good working English
