Content Creator & Brand Coordinator — By ShahdKey ResponsibilitiesPlan and create content for By Shahd across Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and other social platformsAttend and coordinate brand photoshoots and content daysIndependently shoot high-quality photo and video content for the brand when neededTake ownership of content production from concept and moodboard to shooting, editing, and final deliveryOrganize shoot schedules, shot lists, locations, products, props, models, and other requirementsDevelop creative concepts for new launches, restocks, campaigns, and seasonal contentFilm product demonstrations, styling videos, tutorials, behind-the-scenes content, trends, and lifestyle contentEdit short-form videos and prepare content ready for publishingMaintain a consistent By Shahd visual identity, aesthetic, and brand imagePlan and maintain the monthly social media content calendarOrganize and maintain the brand’s content libraryWork closely with photographers, videographers, models, influencers, and other creatives when requiredKeep up with social media trends and adapt them to fit the By Shahd identityReview content performance and continuously develop new ideas based on what performs bestRequirementsFemale candidate preferred, as the role involves working closely with hijab models, styling, and on-set content productionBased in Dubai and available to attend shoots and content days in personStrong portfolio showing content previously created for brandsConfident shooting high-quality content independently using a phone and/or cameraStrong video editing skills for Reels and TikTokStrong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current content trendsExcellent visual taste with a strong understanding of fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or modest fashionAble to take initiative and manage a content shoot independently rather than waiting for constant directionHighly organized and able to manage several shoots, campaigns, and deadlinesArabic speaker preferred; good English is importantPortfolio Required: Please share examples of content you have personally planned, shot, and/or edited for previous brands, including Reels, TikToks, campaign content, product photography, or social media feeds.
