Kayzin Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing Dubai real estate business looking for a confident and commercially minded Content Creator & Brand Presenter.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is naturally confident on camera and can create engaging, social-first content aimed primarily at property investors across the UK and wider international markets.This is not a purely behind-the-scenes content role. You will become one of the public faces of the brand, presenting Dubai property opportunities, visiting developer offices and project launches, and helping turn online engagement into qualified investor enquiries. This is directly supporting the UK market but based here in the region.What you’ll be doing:Creating and presenting engaging Instagram content focused on Dubai real estate and investment opportunitiesBecoming an on-camera representative of the business for its UK-facing audienceVisiting developer offices, showrooms, launches and project locations to film contentResearching developments, pricing, payment plans and key selling pointsPresenting property information in a clear, engaging and credible wayCapturing high-quality footage and supplying content to an overseas editing teamSupporting content planning and contributing ideas for future campaignsAttending selected meetings, events and international roadshowsEngaging with inbound enquiries and asking initial qualifying questionsWorking closely with the sales team to pass across relevant opportunitiesCompleting product and sales training to develop a strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate marketWhat we’re looking for:Confident, articulate and natural in front of the cameraStrong spoken English and able to communicate credibly with a UK audienceExperience creating social-first content, particularly for InstagramBasic filming and video-editing knowledgeA strong understanding of what makes content engaging and commercially effectiveProfessionally presented and comfortable representing a premium brandCommercially minded and interested in learning about sales and lead qualificationProactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentWilling to work primarily from the Dubai office and travel locally for filmingPrevious real estate experience would be beneficial but is not essentialWhat’s on offer:Salary depending on experienceAdditional commission linked to qualified leads and salesFull training across Dubai real estate, property developments and the sales processExposure to some of the UAE’s leading property developersThe opportunity to become a visible face of a growing international brandProgression across content, presenting, sales and international market developmentTo apply, please send your CV along with examples of your social media content, portfolio or showreel.Please note only suitable candidate's will be contacted and examples of work will be essential.
