Content Creator & Social Media Executive

We're looking for someone who wants to help build the brand with us.The RoleWe're looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Executive who can take an idea and turn it into content, quickly.You'll shoot, edit, and create content for Instagram and TikTok, find interesting ways to show our products, capture behind-the-scenes moments, and help Mysha build a social presence people actually want to follow.Some days you'll be filming a product reel. Some days you'll be shooting founder content. Some days you'll test a trend, create Stories, or figure out how to make a bottle of hair perfume look really, really good on camera.We don't expect everything to look like an ad. In fact, we'd rather it didn't.What you'll doConceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form content for Instagram and TikTokCreate Reels, product videos, lifestyle content, founder-led content, BTS and social-first campaignsTurn simple ideas and trends into content relevant to MyshaShoot confidently using an iPhone and/or cameraEdit short-form video using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar toolsCreate simple social graphics and carousels when requiredHelp plan and maintain the monthly content calendarCreate Instagram Stories and keep the brand active between feed postsAttend shoots, pop-ups, events and collaborations to capture contentWork with creators and customers to generate UGCBuild and organize a strong library of photo and video assetsTrack what content is working and use those learnings to improve future contentBring ideas to the table - we don't want someone waiting to be told what to postWe're looking for someone whoHas a strong eye for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and internet cultureUnderstands what makes people stop scrollingIs genuinely comfortable filming and editing contentUnderstands Instagram and TikTok beyond simply posting on themCan make content feel current without blindly copying trendsHas strong visual taste and attention to detailIs comfortable working in a startup environmentCan work independently and execute ideas without a large production teamIs organized enough to manage multiple pieces of content at onceIs based in DubaiExperience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle is a plus, but a strong portfolio matters more to us than years of experience.What we would love to seePlease send us:Your CVA portfolio or examples of Reels/TikToks you've personally shot and editedSocial accounts or brands you've created content for (if possible)Any personal content you're proud ofImportant: We're looking for someone who actually creates content.
