Content Creator & Social Media Executive (TikTok / Reels)

We're looking for a full-time creator to make sleep the most scroll-stopping thing on your feed.We care more about your ideas, taste and willingness to try things than a perfect CV.What you'll do🎥 Create content- Come up with ideas for TikTok, Reels and short-form video- Film unboxings, setups, comfort tests, bedroom makeovers, sleep tips, trends and founder content- Appear on camera regularly as the face, hands or voice of the brand- Edit in CapCut, design simple graphics in Canva, and use AI tools to work faster💡 Turn ideas into posts- Spot trends on TikTok and Instagram that SnowSlumber can jump on- Brainstorm hooks, concepts and campaigns with the founders- Plan shoots, storyboard videos and own the content calendar🤝 Work with creators- Find home, lifestyle and wellness creators who suit SnowSlumber- Reach out to KOLs, influencers and UGC creators, and manage product seeding, briefs and deliverables📈 Make content that sells- Track which videos, hooks and ads perform best- Test new ad angles on TikTok Shop and Meta Ads with the team- Use the results to make content that sells, not just content that looks niceYou'll love this role if- You're into home, lifestyle, interiors or wellness content- You notice things like "this hook is good" or "this edit drags"- You're comfortable speaking and appearing on camera- You enjoy filming and editing, not just planning- You're confident with CapCut, Canva, TikTok and Instagram- You work independently, move fast and try again when something flopsBonus if you have- Experience in content or social media at a consumer, home or e-commerce brand- TikTok Shop, livestreaming, Meta Ads or influencer marketing experience- Your own content account or videos that got strong organic reachFresh grads with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.What you'll get- S$2,800 to S$4,200 a month, depending on experience, plus performance incentives- Work directly with the founders and see how a consumer brand is built- Freedom to pitch and test your own ideas- A clear path to lead creators and freelancers as the team growsThe details📍 SnowSlumber office, 62 Ubi Rd 1, Oxley Bizhub 2 (near Tai Seng MRT)🕘 Full-time, Monday to Friday, regular office hours🗓️ Start as soon as possibleHow to applyHit Easy Apply and include a link to your TikTok, Instagram or any videos you've made.
