About DreamCatchersDreamCatchers Hair International is a professional hair extension brand providing premium 100% Remy hair extensions and professional certification programs to stylists across the country.We're looking for someone who can help make DreamCatchers impossible to ignore on social media.The RoleWe're looking for a creator first.You should be just as comfortable in front of the camera as you are behind it. You understand why a TikTok works, can recognize a trend before it's completely played out, and know the difference between content people actually want to watch and an ad pretending to be content.You'll help own the DreamCatchers social presence from:Idea → Filming → Editing → Posting → PerformanceSome days you'll film a stylist transformation. Other days you'll jump on a trend, interview an educator, engage with our community, or turn something happening around the office into a Reel.You'll work alongside our photographers, videographers, designers, and marketing team while reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.What You'll DoCreate original short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube ShortsRegularly appear on camera as a personality and representative of DreamCatchersTake content from concept through filming, editing, publishing, and performance analysisWrite hooks, scripts, captions, and on-screen textManage the day-to-day social content calendar and posting scheduleMonitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions, tags, and collaboration opportunitiesEngage with our community of professional hairstylistsIdentify strong user-generated content and opportunities to feature our stylist communityHelp coordinate influencer and creator collaborationsRepurpose existing footage into fresh, social-first contentSpot trends and proactively bring new creative ideas to the teamTrack content performance and use insights to improve future creativeSupport product launches, promotions, certification campaigns, and larger brand initiativesOccasionally support longer-form YouTube content, Klaviyo email campaigns, blogs, and newslettersWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a related roleAbility to work full-time and on-site in Allen, TXA portfolio demonstrating content you personally helped createComfortable and confident appearing on cameraHands-on experience shooting and editing short-form videoStrong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social-first storytellingStrong instincts for hooks, pacing, trends, and internet cultureAbility to write naturally and adapt to an established brand voiceFamiliarity with social media analytics and using performance data to improve contentHighly organized and able to balance planned campaigns with spontaneous content opportunitiesA self-starter who brings ideas instead of waiting for a creative briefNice to HaveExperience with any combination of:Beauty, haircare, fashion, or lifestyle brandsInfluencer or creator marketingCanvaCapCut or Adobe editing toolsKlaviyoYouTubePhotographyEmail marketing or newslettersBuilding your own social following or creator presenceBeauty industry experience is a plus, but creative instinct and the ability to make great content matter more.Sound Like You?Send us your resume, but more importantly, show us what you've made.Please include a portfolio or links to TikToks, Reels, Shorts, social accounts, campaigns, or other content you've personally created.If your first instinct when something interesting happens is:“We should make content out of this.”We want to meet you.Pay $60,000-$70,000 a year.
