Content Creator & Videographer

🎥 WE’RE HIRING | VIDEOGRAPHER & CONTENT CREATOR📍 UAE | In Person🏢 Automotive & MobilitySteerwell is looking for a Videographer & Content Creator to take ownership of the way our brand, vehicles, people and stories are presented across digital platforms.We’re looking for someone who can think creatively, understand what makes content effective, and turn ideas into high-quality content that gets attention and drives engagement.THE ROLEYou will be responsible for developing and producing content across Steerwell’s brand, automotive, commercial and digital marketing activities.Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop creative content concepts aligned with Steerwell’s brand, campaigns and marketing objectives.
• Plan and execute content shoots for vehicle launches, campaigns, promotions, brand stories, social media and commercial initiatives.
• Create engaging short-form and long-form content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other digital channels.
• Develop cinematic automotive content, product-focused stories, behind-the-scenes content, POV concepts, promotional videos, campaign content and creative social formats.
• Identify opportunities to turn everyday activities, vehicles, people and business moments into relevant and engaging content.
• Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into strong visual concepts and compelling stories.
• Take ownership of content from concept development through production, post-production and final delivery.
• Continuously develop new content formats, creative ideas and approaches to keep Steerwell’s digital presence fresh, relevant and differentiated.
• Repurpose key content and campaigns into multiple pieces of content across different platforms while maintaining consistency in brand, messaging and visual identity.
• Contribute ideas around content strategy, audience engagement, trends and creative campaigns that can strengthen brand awareness and generate measurable business value.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORIdeally, you have 1–2+ years of experience in videography, content creation, creative marketing, production or a similar role, preferably within the UAE.We value:

• Commercial awareness — understanding that content should serve a purpose, not simply look good
