Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator & Videographer who will be fully responsible for planning, filming, directing, and editing video content, with a primary focus on internal communications and in-house content production.The role involves capturing internal company activities, employee engagement, workplace culture, events, and other internal communication initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong filming and video production skills, a creative eye, and the ability to manage the entire production process independently, from concept development to final delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of the video production process, including planning, filming, directing, and editing.Plan and execute internal content shoots, managing all filming activities from preparation to final delivery.Create engaging video content showcasing company culture, employee activities, internal events, team achievements, and workplace experiences.Develop creative concepts and storylines for internal communication videos and company-related content.Handle all filming requirements, including camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and shot composition.Edit and produce high-quality videos for internal communication channels and social media platforms when required.Coordinate with internal teams to identify content opportunities and capture relevant company activities and initiatives.Prepare filming schedules and ensure all required equipment and resources are ready before each shoot.Create short-form videos, Reels, Stories, and other visual content formats based on project requirements.Stay updated with video production techniques, creative storytelling approaches, and relevant social media trends.Ensure all content meets quality standards and aligns with the company's brand identity and communication objectives.Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and final deliverables for future use.RequirementsMust be a Saudi and based in Al Khobar.Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, Video Producer, or in a similar role.Strong hands-on experience in filming and video production, with the ability to independently manage shoots from start to finish.Excellent video shooting, framing, lighting, and audio recording skills.Strong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.Experience creating internal communication content, corporate videos, employee engagement content, or workplace-related videos.Strong storytelling skills and the ability to turn ideas into engaging visual content.Ability to plan shoots, manage filming equipment, and handle production requirements independently.Familiarity with short-form video formats and social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Snapchat.Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and capture content in a professional manner.Preferred QualificationsA portfolio showcasing filming, video production, and editing work.Experience producing internal communication videos, company culture content, employee activities, and corporate events.Experience managing the full video production process independently.Experience working with brands, corporate teams, or marketing departments.
