Content Creator & Videographer (UAE National)

Dutco Construction Group is looking for a talented and creative Content Creator & Videographer to join our team. This role is ideal for a passionate UAENational with proven experience in content creation, videography, photography, and video editing.The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that showcases our projects, people, and achievements across various digital platforms. The role will involve occasional site visits across Dubai and Abu Dhabi to capture project progress and company activities.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, capture, and produce high-quality photo and video content for company projects and events.Visit construction sites in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to document project milestones and activities.Edit and produce professional videos for social media, marketing campaigns, internal communications, and corporate presentations.Create engaging content aligned with the company's brand identity.Manage content libraries and organize digital assets.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative concepts and storytelling ideas.Stay up to date with industry trends, social media content formats, and video production techniques.RequirementsUAENational (Emirati) with FamilyBook (Khulasat Al Qaid) is mandatory.Proven practical experience in content creation, videography, photography, and video editing.Strong portfolio showcasing previous work, including videos and visual content created personally.Proficiency in video editing and content creation software.Excellent creativity, communication, and storytelling skills.Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites within Dubai and Abu Dhabi.Educational qualifications are not a primary consideration; practical experience and portfolio quality are more important.Working HoursMonday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM to 12:30 PMBenefitsCompetitive salary package.Performance-based bonus scheme.Annual flight ticket.Comprehensive employee benefits.Opportunity to work with one of the UAE's leading construction organizations.
