Its distinctive pattern occurs naturally, celebrating the character and beauty of the region without artificial embossing. We are creating a locally made material for the global design industry.We are looking for someone to tell that story.What you'll actually doYour role is to capture how Leukeather is made and how it is used, and to publish it consistently.You will:Film and photograph in the workshop as the material is made, cut and finishedEdit short videos and stillsPublish three times a week on Instagram and LinkedInWrite captions that sound like usKeep the media library organised, labelled and easy to searchCover events, including Qatar Design Week and Downtown Design Dubai, both in NovemberHelp build the press kit and keep our image library currentPhotograph new products and prototypes as they are completedWhat we'll measureWe will look at the quality of your images, how well the material is represented, and whether you publish consistently rather than in bursts.Three posts a week across both platforms. One filming session a weekAble to maintain a rolling two-week posting calendarEdit and organize posts within 48 hours of capturingWho we're looking forA final year student or recent graduate in media, film, communications, marketing or designAble to shoot and edit on a phone. Professional equipment is a bonus, not a requirement.A real eye for material, texture and lightReliable about scheduling. Consistency matters more here than brilliance.Comfortable writing clear, considered captions in English. Arabic is an advantage.Able to work independently and take ownership of a publishing scheduleMust be based in Al Ain with some travel to factories in Sharjah Experience with video editing, photography, colour grading, motion graphics or social media management is an advantage, but you do not need experience in all of them.What this role isn'tThis is not a strategy role. Brand voice and what we claim about the material remain with the founder.It is not paid advertising or performance marketing, and it is not a fully remote role. The material has to be filmed where it is made.What you'll getA portfolio built around a subject nobody else is filmingFull creative freedom on execution.
