Content creator and social media manager

About the roleWe’re building a food brand with education, storytelling and community at its core. We’re looking for a hands-on Content & Social Media Manager to turn everyday moments into compelling content and grow an engaged audience.Working directly with the founder, you’ll own content planning, creation, publishing and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.Fluency in Arabic and English, including strong writing skills in both languages, is essential.Key responsibilities* Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with product launches, workshops and commercial priorities.* Independently film and edit short videos covering founder stories, products, educational content and behind-the-scenes moments.* Write engaging Arabic and English captions, scripts and founder LinkedIn posts.* Adapt content naturally for Arabic-speaking and English-speaking audiences.* Create recurring content series with a consistent brand voice.* Manage publishing and tailor content to each platform.* Respond to comments and messages in both languages and build relationships with our community.* Capture content at workshops, events and production sessions.* Track performance, audience growth and enquiries, using insights to improve results.* Coordinate creator collaborations and customer-generated content.What we’re looking for* At least three years of relevant content creation and social media experience.* Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English — mandatory.* A strong portfolio demonstrating your own filming, editing and bilingual copywriting.* Confidence using video editing and design tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro and Canva.* An understanding of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.* The ability to take an idea from concept to publication independently.* Strong organisation, initiative and attention to detail.* An interest in food, wellness, education and community.What we offer* AED 8,000 monthly salary.* Direct collaboration with the founder.* Creative ownership and access to a business full of stories.* The opportunity to build a distinctive brand and grow with the company.How to applySubmit your CV and portfolio, including examples of Arabic and English content and three pieces you personally created.
