Our dynamic team values integrity, accountability, perseverance, creativity, and discipline.Who we are looking for:We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Creator to support the execution of AVANTCHA's visual content strategy.Working closely with the Brand Creative Lead, this role is responsible for producing premium photography, videography, styling, editing, and content assets that bring the AVANTCHA brand to life across all channels. The successful candidate will have a strong eye for luxury aesthetics, exceptional production skills, and the ability to transform creative briefs into polished visual content.This is a hands-on creative production role requiring expertise in photography, videography, set styling, prop sourcing, post-production editing, and digital asset management.Strategic ResponsibilitiesCreative CollaborationPartner closely with the Brand Creative Lead to execute creative concepts, campaigns, product launches, seasonal content, and brand storytelling initiatives.Content Planning SupportCollaborate with the Brand Creative Lead and Marketing team to plan content requirements, production schedules, and shoot calendars.Brand ConsistencyEnsure all visual content aligns with AVANTCHA's brand guidelines, luxury positioning, and creative direction.Production CoordinationAssist in planning content shoots, including locations, props, styling requirements, equipment preparation, and logistics.Tactical ResponsibilitiesPhotographyShoot editorial-standard product and lifestyle photography across teas, accessories, tea ware, gifting, Tea Bar environments, and B2B contexts.Plan and build shot setups independently — props, surfaces, lighting, backgrounds, and styling, with a clear understanding of how each element serves the final image.For larger or more complex shoots, work closely with the Creative Lead to build detailed shot lists, establish the visual standard, and provide guidance to any external support brought in.Retouch and edit images to a finished, publish-ready standard using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.Produce photography for multiple end uses: social, paid ads, e-commerce product pages, print collateral, and B2B materials.Videography & Video EditingShoot and edit short-form video for social media (Reels, TikTok) and paid media, as well as longer-form content for brand storytelling, events, and B2B.Shoot comfortably on both professional camera setups and mobile, adapting format and style to the platform and brief.Edit video to a consistently high standard (pacing, color grading, audio) using Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.Styling & Set DesignPrepare and style environments for shoots independently, sourcing and managing props, surfaces, textiles, and seasonal elements.Understand what makes a premium food and beverage image work: light direction, product placement, steam, condensation, color temperature, and negative space.Apply the same precision to lifestyle and editorial setups as to product shots.Delivery & OrganisationManage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering assets on brief, on time, and without compromising quality.Attend and cover events from time to time in the UAE, capturing stills and video for social and marketing use.Regularly visit AVANTCHA Tea Bars, hospitality clients, retail partners, events, and external locations to capture content.Maintain and organise the content library, ensuring assets are filed, labelled, and accessible.Adapt existing assets for different formats and markets when required.RequirementsExperience5+ years of experience in content creation, photography, videography, or creative production.Experience working with premium, luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, food & beverage, or retail brands is highly desirable.Technical SkillsProfessional photography skills.Professional videography skills.Advanced editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite, including:LightroomPhotoshopPremiere ProExperience using CapCut and Canva.Understanding of lighting, composition, color grading, and visual storytelling.Creative SkillsExceptional eye for aesthetics and detail.Strong understanding of luxury brand presentation.Experience styling products and environments for photography and video.Ability to interpret and execute creative briefs effectively.Personal AttributesHighly organised and detail oriented.Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.Self-motivated and proactive.Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.Passionate about visual storytelling, hospitality, and premium consumer brands.LocationBased in Dubai.Flexible to travel locally and internationally when required.Why Join AVANTCHA TeaOpportunity to work with a globally recognised luxury tea brand.Collaborate with a passionate and creative team.Exposure to luxury hospitality, retail, events, and international markets.Learning and growth opportunities within a fast-growing business.Contribute directly to the visual evolution and success of the AVANTCHA brand.If you are passionate about photography, videography, visual storytelling, and creating beautiful content that inspires people, we invite you to become part of AVANTCHA Tea's continued growth and success.https://avantcha.com/
