Are you a visually driven storyteller who thrives in high-energy environments? We are looking for a hands-on Content Creator to work with us on an exciting new hospitality project launching soon in Dubai.This is a dedicated content creation role. We need a creative who can be on-site regularly to shoot, edit, and produce fast-paced, high-impact content themselves. The concept seamlessly shifts from daytime poolside energy to dinner, music, and late-night atmosphere, so the focus is on capturing people, mood, movement, and the overall guest experience—not just food and drinks.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Content Production: Ideate, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) and dynamic photography that capture the full vibe of the venue across day and night.On-Site Shoot Management: Spend regular time on-location to capture authentic moments, behind-the-scenes footage, live events, DJ sets, and guest experiences.Rapid Turnaround Creation: Edit and deliver social-first content quickly to capitalize on real-time event buzz and digital trends.Trend & Atmosphere Capturing: Leverage trending audio, visual styles, and creative video cuts to position the venue as a premier Dubai lifestyle destination.Requirements & QualificationsMust be currently based in Dubai, UAE.Proven track record creating content within the hospitality, lifestyle, events, or nightlife sectors.Strong hands-on expertise in both mobile/camera shooting and mobile/desktop editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Lightroom).Comfortable working flexible hours, including late evenings, weekends, and event nights to capture the full spectrum of the venue's atmosphere.A strong portfolio showcasing content you have personally shot and edited (applications without video portfolios will not be considered).Working ArrangementHybrid & Flexible Hours: On-location shoots in Dubai (including night and weekend hours) paired with remote editing time.Please note: This position does not include visa sponsorship.
