Role: Content CreatorLocation: Hitec City, HyderabadWork Mode: On-siteExperience: 1-2 YearEmployment Type: Full-timeWorking Days: Monday–Saturday (6 Days)Joining: Immediate Joiners PreferredLanguages: English & Hindi requiredAbout the RoleWe are looking for a creative, energetic and hands-on Content Creator who can independently come up with fresh content ideas, write engaging scripts and create short-form video and UGC content.This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, follows trends and is comfortable taking an idea from concept → script → shoot → final content.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop fresh and engaging content ideas independently.Write hooks, scripts, captions and short-form content.Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and UGC content.Appear confidently in short-form videos and communicate on camera.Shoot and coordinate video content for social media platforms.Identify relevant social media trends and create timely content around them.Experiment with different hooks, formats, storytelling styles and content concepts.Create content aligned with marketing and business objectives.Work with the marketing team to develop content calendars.Collaborate with designers, marketers and other team members on campaigns.Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.Continuously explore new content formats and social media trends.Requirements1-2 year of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, UGC or a related field.Strong creative writing and storytelling skills.Ability to independently generate content ideas.Ability to write engaging hooks and short-form scripts.Comfortable creating and appearing in videos.Basic understanding of video shooting and editing.Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and UGC content.Energetic, confident and comfortable in front of the camera.Strong understanding of social media trends.English and Hindi are mandatory.Hyderabad-based candidates preferred.
