Content Creator

Role Description This full-time Content Creator role is an on-site position based in Surabaya. The Content Creator is responsible for planning, producing, and publishing multimedia content across digital channels, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming and developing content ideas, writing copy and scripts, capturing and editing photos and videos, and adapting content to fit various platforms and audiences. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and design teams, maintaining a consistent brand voice, monitoring content performance, and refining content based on data and feedback. The Content Creator is expected to stay current with trends and best practices in content creation and digital storytelling.Qualifications Ability to develop and execute content concepts, including idea generation, planning, and creative direction.Strong writing and storytelling skills for short- and long-form content across different digital platforms.Proficiency with content creation tools (such as photo/video editing software and basic design tools) and familiarity with social media platforms.Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including audience engagement, brand consistency, and analytics-driven improvement.Attention to detail, especially in reviewing and refining content for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Relevant education or experience in communications, multimedia, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
