With the mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services to the community, DYM Medical Center strives to build a modern, safe, and sustainable healthcare environment, while fostering a fair, people-centered workplace that values respect and continuous improvement.Job descriptionMedia Platform Content Production- Write content and captions for social channels (Facebook fanpage, TikTok, Zalo OA, etc.) according to the approved content calendar.- Write advertising copy (Facebook, Google) per briefs from the Digital team.- Publish posts on schedule; coordinate with Designer/Video teams on visuals and videos for posts.Website Content & Communications Support- Write SEO-standard website articles per the keyword plan when assigned.- Draft internal communications and printed materials; support content for health events and seminars.- Join video shoots and support photography at clinic events when needed.Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.Requirements- Have 1–2 years of experience in an equivalent position; healthcare experience is a plus- English communication- Strong Vietnamese writing skills with adaptable tone per platform; familiar with content trends on Facebook, TikTok, and Zalo.- Understanding of SEO writing principles (keywords, heading structure, meta).- Able to use AI tools for content writing and editing.- Willing to participate in on-site shoots at the clinic and events; basic photography skills are a plus.- Positive attitude and willingness to accept newly assigned tasks.- Flexibility and ability to withstand high pressureBenefits- Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience (11-13 ml).- Allowances for lunch, transportation.- Performance review conducted 4 times per year; promotion considered twice per year based on individual capability and DYM’s strategy at each stage.- Annual company activities such as company trips, year-end parties, etc.- Full-salary social insurance contribution; 24/7 accident insurance.- 12 annual leave days per year; additional 3 menstrual leave days for female employees.- Annual health check-ups and flu vaccination.- Preferential pricing program for DYM services for employees and their family members.How To ApplyIf you think we're a good match, apply now or send your CV to Email: huyen.tt@dymmedicalcenter.com.vn
