You should be comfortable creating short-form videos and appearing on camera.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch trending Reels, topics, formats, hooks, and content ideas.Come up with fresh ideas for Reels, videos, posts, carousels, and campaigns.Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos and Reels.Appear confidently on camera for social media content.Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.Plan video concepts, scripts, hooks, and shots before filming.Stay updated with current social media trends and content formats.Work with the team to develop creative content that represents the brand.Requirements6 months – 1.5 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a related field.Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and current social media trends.Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh content ideas.Good communication skills.Comfortable appearing on camera.Basic video shooting and editing skills.Ability to plan and execute content from idea to final video.Portfolio or examples of previous work will be a plus.
