Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.Plan, shoot, edit, and publish photos, reels, short videos, product videos, and promotional content.Develop creative content around dairy products such as milk, yogurt, curd, paneer, butter, cheese, ice cream, and other products.Create content highlighting product quality, freshness, nutrition, production processes, farmers, employees, and brand stories.Develop creative concepts for festivals, campaigns, product launches, promotions, and seasonal activities.Write engaging captions, scripts, headlines, and short-form copy.Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, sounds, hashtags, and consumer behavior.Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign objectives and promotional requirements.Visit dairy plants, farms, retail outlets, events, and other locations to capture relevant content.Ensure all content follows the company's brand guidelines and communication standards.Monitor content performance and provide ideas to improve engagement and reach.Maintain an organized library of photos, videos, graphics, and other digital assets.Work with designers, photographers, agencies, influencers, and other creative partners when required.
