We're a young, fast-moving team, so you'll get real ownership and a direct line to leadership from day one.The roleWe're looking for a Content Creator who knows how to make content go viral, and can do it again on purpose. You'll plan, shoot, edit and publish content for 9ine and our clients across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.What you'll doConcept, script, shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) built for reach and shareabilitySpot trends, sounds and formats early and turn them into on-brand content fastWrite hooks, captions and copy that stop the scroll and fit each brand's voiceBuild and run monthly content calendars with the strategy and account teamShoot on location at client sites, events and productions across the UAEStudy performance data, figure out why content worked or didn't, and apply it to the next pieceGrow 9ine's own social channelsWhat you'll bring2+ years creating content for brands, an agency, or your own channelsA proven track record of viral content: posts or videos that hit high views, shares or engagement well above the account's average (please include links and numbers)Strong understanding of platform algorithms, retention, hooks and what drives sharesConfident shooting on phone and camera, and editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro or similarWorking knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or similar design toolsStrong English copywriting; Arabic is a big plusComfortable on camera, or able to direct talent who areOrganised enough to handle several brands and deadlines at onceNice to haveExperience in F&B, real estate, retail or B2BMotion graphics or After Effects skillsUAE driving licenseWhat we offerCompetitive salary based on experienceMultiple brands and industries in one roleCreative freedom to pitch and test your own ideasThe chance to grow with a new agency as it scalesHow to apply Send your CV and portfolio, including links to your best-performing content with view and engagement numbers.
