We are an official Anthropic Claude partner.As our brand presence grows, we are looking for an experienced Content Creator to take full ownership of how Tech Emulsion shows up on social media. This is not a narrow editing role, it is a chance to shape our voice, our visuals, and our story across every platform we show up on.Role OverviewAs a Content Creator, you will own our social media presence end to end, from ideation and strategy to shooting, editing, designing, and publishing. You will think beyond recycling event footage and build a content engine that reflects our culture, our work, and our brand, across video, photography, and graphic design. You will work closely with leadership and the marketing team to turn everyday moments at Tech Emulsion, as well as planned campaigns, into content that genuinely stands out.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy and Management● Plan, manage, and grow Tech Emulsion's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.● Build and maintain a content calendar that balances brand storytelling, culture content, product highlights, and client facing material.● Generate original content ideas and formats, rather than relying only on existing event or office footage.● Monitor platform trends, analytics, and engagement, and adjust content strategy based on performance.Video Production and Editing● Shoot and edit high quality video content for company events, culture moments, client projects, and campaigns.● Edit short form and long form videos for social media, including Reels, YouTube Shorts, and longer form pieces.● Handle sound design, color grading, motion graphics, and captions to produce polished, professional final videos.● Repurpose raw footage from events, interviews, and meetings into multiple content pieces across formats.Photography and Graphic Design● Shoot professional photography for events, team culture content, and marketing material.● Design graphics, carousels, and visual assets for social media, presentations, and campaigns.● Maintain visual consistency and brand identity across all photo, video, and design output.Collaboration and Planning● Work closely with leadership to capture and translate company milestones, events, and culture into content.● Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams to align content with broader company goals.● Stay current with social media trends, formats, and tools to keep Tech Emulsion's content fresh and competitive.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Sciences, Mass Communication, Design, or a related field is required.Experience: 1.5+ years of hands on experience in content creation, video editing, photography, or graphic design, ideally managing social media for a brand, agency, or company.
