Know how to turn everyday moments into stories people want to watch?GoKonect Luxury Travel is looking for a full-time Content Creator to join our growing team in Sri Lanka.We're looking for someone creative, energetic and highly organized who can take ownership of our content — from developing the idea and capturing the footage to editing and getting it ready to publish.This is not an office-based role. You'll work remotely while regularly heading out to capture original content across Sri Lanka — from our chauffeurs and vehicles to destinations, experiences, hotels and the stories behind the journeys we create.What You'll DoPlan and maintain GoKonect's monthly content calendarCreate engaging Reels, Stories, carousels and still contentTravel to locations to shoot original photo and video contentCapture our chauffeurs, vehicles, destinations and travel experiencesEdit short-form video and photography for social mediaWrite engaging English captions for an international audienceDevelop fresh content concepts and recurring seriesSchedule and publish approved contentKeep content, files and assigned tasks organized and up to dateConsistently deliver work within agreed deadlinesMonitor social media and travel trends for new opportunitiesProactively bring new ideas to the teamHelp tell the GoKonect story in a way that makes travelers want to experience Sri LankaWho We're Looking ForYou don't need years of experience. We care about your creativity, attitude, reliability and what you can create.You should:Genuinely enjoy creating content, not simply managing social mediaBe confident shooting photos and videosHave a strong eye for visual storytellingKnow how to edit short-form content using CapCut, Canva, Adobe or similar toolsHave strong written and spoken EnglishBe comfortable working independentlyBe organized and able to manage your responsibilities and deadlinesBe proactive and willing to bring your own ideasBe comfortable appearing behind or occasionally in front of the camera when requiredBe willing and able to travel for content shoots within Sri LankaExperience creating content for travel, tourism, hospitality, lifestyle or social media brands is an advantage, but not essential.The Role📍 Location: Sri Lanka 🏠 Working Style: Remote + field-based content shoots ⏰ Employment: Full-time 💰 Salary: LKR 70,000–80,000 per month, depending on experience and portfolio 🚗 Travel: Approved work-related travel and field expenses covered by GoKonect🌎 Time Zone: Sri Lanka-based, with flexibility to attend scheduled meetings during Canadian Eastern Time (ET) hours.How to ApplyThink you'd be a great fit?
