Content Developer

Job OverviewWe are looking for a creative, hands-on Content Creator who can take social and marketing content from idea to published post. This is an end-to-end role: you will film, photograph, edit, write, schedule, post, and engage, producing content for Trampo and our family entertainment brands across multiple markets. You should live and breathe short-form video, understand what makes content perform, and be comfortable working independently across several brands at once.Key ResponsibilitiesContent productionPlan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content for social media, web, marketing campaigns, and internal use.Produce platform-native short-form video (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using trending formats and audio.Capture live content on-site at our venues: activations, events, seasonal campaigns (Eid, holidays, school breaks), and customer moments. This includes evening and weekend shoots when needed.Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and sound for shoots.Edit footage with transitions, audio, text overlays, captions, and effects, optimized per platform.Shoot and edit photography for posts, stories, web, and promotional material.Own the content calendar across brands and markets in coordination with the marketing team.Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platformsCoordinate UGC and influencer generated content where relevant.Strategy and performanceDevelop content ideas aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and each market's audience.Track content performance (reach, engagement, saves, shares) and use insights to improve.Provide regular reporting on what's working and recommend next steps.Stay current on platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes.Brand and collaborationKeep all content consistent with brand guidelines across Trampo, TPC, and KNF.Collaborate with the designer, fellow content team members, and venue operations teams to plan and execute shoots.Organize, archive, and maintain a clean library of all video and photo assets for reuse.
