FDE School champions a learn-build-deploy mindset for modern engineering careers.Role Description The Content Developer will design and develop learning content that supports FDE School’s programs focused on AI, engineering, and real-world business problem solving. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves creating structured curriculum materials, lesson plans, assessments, and learner resources in close collaboration with instructors and subject matter experts. Day-to-day work includes translating complex technical concepts into clear, accessible learning modules, maintaining content quality and consistency, and updating materials based on feedback and industry trends. The Content Developer will also support the integration of practical projects, case studies, and hands-on exercises, ensuring that all content aligns with FDE School’s standards for rigor, clarity, and real-world applicability.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Content Development and Instructional Design skills for creating structured, learner-centered materials.Candidates should possess Technical Writing and Writing skills to explain complex engineering and AI concepts in clear, concise language.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with instructors, engineers, and stakeholders.Experience designing curriculum or learning content for technical or professional programs is beneficial.Familiarity with software engineering, AI, or technology-focused domains is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Education, Instructional Design, Engineering, Computer Science, or Communications) or equivalent practical experience.
