Content Development SpecialistWork Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesJob SummaryDigitalQatalyst is seeking a highly articulate and engaging Content Development Specialist to support the delivery and growth of executive, enterprise and institutional learning programmes within the 6xD Academy.The successful candidate will facilitate executive training programmes, workshops and masterclasses, develop learning content and course materials, and support educational media, podcasts and executive conversations.This role is ideal for a strong communicator and facilitator who can quickly understand complex business, technology, Artificial Intelligence and transformation concepts and translate them into clear, practical and engaging learning experiences.The role will strengthen the Academy's delivery capacity by providing dedicated support for programme delivery and content development while enabling senior subject matter experts to focus on advisory and specialist work. Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Learning & FacilitationDeliver approved 6xD training programmes, workshops, masterclasses and learning sessions.Facilitate classroom, virtual and hybrid learning experiences.Lead participant discussions, practical exercises and assessments.Explain complex concepts using clear, practical and relevant examples.Adapt learning delivery to different audience levels and professional backgrounds.Present confidently to executive, enterprise and institutional audiences.Prepare thoroughly for assigned programmes and client engagements.Deliver approximately 6 to 8 learning sessions per month.Maintain an average participant rating of 4.5 out of 5 or higher.Course & Content DevelopmentDevelop and improve courses, modules and learning materials.Create learning objectives, session structures and facilitator guides.Develop practical exercises, case studies and learner assessments.Prepare high-quality presentation and training materials.Translate research, business concepts and structured methodologies into engaging learning content.Improve curriculum and learning assets based on participant and delivery feedback.Develop approximately one new learning module per quarter.Update approximately two existing modules per quarter based on programme and participant feedback.Learning Media & Podcast SupportSupport approved educational podcasts, interviews and executive conversations.Prepare discussion topics, research and interview questions.Co-host approved podcast and learning-media sessions with Dr. Stéphane Niango where required.Participate in educational videos, explainers and interviews.Communicate complex business and technology concepts clearly in spoken formats.Support the development of reusable educational media content.Participate in approximately two podcast or video sessions per month.Learning Quality & Programme SupportComplete Academy onboarding and trainer enablement requirements.Maintain a strong understanding of approved 6xD learning frameworks, terminology and curriculum.Support executive, corporate and institutional learning engagements.Capture participant feedback and identify improvement opportunities.Prepare feedback reports following programme delivery.Ensure consistency and quality across training delivery and learning materials.Identify content and knowledge gaps and escalate specialist subject matter requirements where necessary.Maintain accuracy and consistency in client-facing learning content.Required Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Education, Learning & Development, Communications, Technology, or a related discipline.Minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate training, facilitation, Learning & Development, executive education, consulting, course development, or a related field.Demonstrated experience designing courses or workshops in addition to delivering them.Experience facilitating workshops, training programmes or professional learning sessions.Confidence presenting to senior and executive audiences.Strong presentation and communication skills.Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills.Preferred ExperienceExperience in one or more of the
