We are building a real product for real businesses.As we continue growing our product and brand, we are looking for a Content Director Intern who wants to take real ownership of our content and learn how to build content around a real business.This is not a role where you simply publish posts or follow a content calendar.You will help us find, plan, write, manage, and improve content for DemaDose and its founders.You will learn how to take real business ideas, problems, opinions, products, and experiences and turn them into content that gets attention and helps grow the business.Who This Is ForThis internship is ideal for:Students or recent graduates interested in content and marketingPeople who want to build a career in business contentPeople who enjoy writing and coming up with content ideasIndividuals interested in startups, SaaS, entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, and businessPeople who understand that good content starts with a good idea, not just good editingSelf-motivated people who want real responsibilityPeople who want to build a strong portfolio through real startup workIndividuals who enjoy understanding businesses and finding content opportunitiesWhat You'll DoYou will help lead the content direction for DemaDose and its founders.You will:Research DemaDose, our customers, market, competitors, and industryFind content opportunities based on real business problems and conversationsCome up with a high volume of content ideasWrite short-form video scripts and other business contentTurn business knowledge, founder experiences, opinions, and lessons into contentDevelop strong hooks, angles, and storytelling directionsBuild and manage content calendarsCreate content briefs for editorsTell editors how each piece of content should be structured and editedReview edited content and give clear feedbackWork directly with founders to turn their ideas into contentRepurpose strong ideas into different pieces of contentTest different topics, hooks, formats, and anglesMonitor content performance and identify what is workingUse performance data to improve future contentHelp build a consistent content style for the founder and businessLook for ways content can support DemaDose's marketing, sales, and growthYou will not be expected to film videos, hold a camera, or work on set.Your job is to own the content thinking and execution process behind the content.Required QualificationsWe are looking for someone who:Has a strong understanding of social media contentIs a strong writerCan come up with a high volume of content ideasUnderstands what makes people stop scrollingUnderstands hooks, storytelling, and audience psychologyCan turn complex business ideas into simple, interesting contentCan give clear creative direction to editorsIs interested in business, marketing, startups, and entrepreneurshipIs willing to learn from data and feedbackIs proactive and organisedCan work independently and meet deadlinesCan handle a high volume of work without needing to be micro-managedYou should have:Basic experience writing social media content or scriptsStrong written communication skillsBasic understanding of content strategyBasic understanding of social media platformsAbility to research businesses, markets, and competitorsAbility to commit 10–20 hours per week consistentlyVideo editing is not required.What You GetReal startup content experienceOwnership over real business contentDirect collaboration with the founding teamHands-on experience with a B2B SaaS startupExperience building content for both personal and business brandsMentorship and direct feedbackOfficial internship completion certificateA strong portfolio of real contentPotential leadership opportunities as the company growsHigh performers may be considered for long-term opportunitiesStructureUnpaid internship3-month durationFlexible hoursMinimum 10 hours/week commitmentFully remoteStartup execution environment
