🎬 WE’RE HIRING: TALENT & INFLUENCER CONTENT DIRECTOR — DUBAIEstative is looking for a strong, creative and confident Content Director to lead influencers, models, brokers and presenters and turn ideas into high-quality social-media content.What we need:• Strong storytelling and creative thinking• Experience writing scripts, hooks and storyboards• Ability to develop content from idea → script → shoot → final story• Confident directing influencers, models and talent on camera• Comfortable in front of the camera and able to demonstrate performance• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and short-form content• Experience working with influencers, creators, media, advertising or production• Strong personality, polished appearance and excellent communication• Arabic is a strong advantage• Dubai/UAE experience preferredWe have professional marketing team with cameras and production equipments.We need the person who can lead the talent, create the story, direct the performance and make the content happen.💰 AED 10,000–12,000 + up to AED 5,000 performance bonus📍 Dubai | 🗓 6 days/week🏢 Estative Technologies Ltd — DIFC📩 Send your CV + portfolio/showreel and examples of content you have personally created or directed.
