Content Manager

Bigo Live-RU- Content ManagementResponsibilities：1. Responsible for content operation work, including livestreaming/video content and event. In charge of every detail in the content conception and content output process, thereby improving DAU and user retention.2. Responsible for developing the content categories which suitable for the platform and recruiting talented broadcasters for the platform.3. Responsible for optimizing the training materials of each content category and regularly conducting online or offline training course.4. Communicate frequently and in-depth with the broadcasters to understand their needs and obtain feedback to guide our subsequent plan adjustments.5. Responsible for improving various indicators of talented broadcasters and cultivate benchmark which is copiable by other broadcasters for each content category.Requirements ：1. Bachelor’s degree is required; proficient in both oral and written English.2. Related experience in IT, social media industry is preferred; have a deep understanding of the live-streaming industry or familiar with online products. Experience in online event organization planning or content creative is a plus.3. Good communication skills.4. Skilled user of MS Office, can use Word, Excel, PPT for operational analysis and reporting. Data analysis skills are a plus.5. Team-oriented, motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast spaced, dynamic environment. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
