In this role, you will be responsible for planning, producing, and delivering high-quality photo and video content for our clients' digital platforms and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, manage content production from pre-production to post-production, and ensure all content aligns with each brand's identity, objectives, and quality standards. Strong project management, videography, and video editing skills are essential for this role.Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and oversee content production from ideation and concept development through pre-production, production, post-production, and final delivery for social media, marketing campaigns, and corporate projects.Coordinate photo and video shoots, including scheduling, locations, equipment, and talent.Capture high-quality photo and video content using professional cameras and mobile devices.Edit videos, reels, interviews, promotional videos, and other digital content optimized for various platforms.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, and content strategies.Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.Manage production timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.Organize and maintain media files, project assets, and production equipment.Stay up to date with industry trends, content formats, and social media best practices.Assist in covering company events, client projects, and on-location productions when required.Monitor content performance and recommend improvements to enhance audience engagement.Requirements:Proven experience as a Content Producer, Videographer, Content Creator, or in a similar role.Strong portfolio showcasing video production, photography, and content creation projects.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.Strong knowledge of videography, photography, lighting, audio recording, and camera operation.Experience in planning and managing content productions from concept to final delivery.Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.Familiarity with social media platforms and content optimization for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Knowledge of the UAE market is an advantage.
