Content Production Coordinator

We are looking to hire a Content Production Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating and executing content production shoots, including pre-production planning, on-ground shoot support, logistics, and content handover for our client based in Dubai – one of the largest companies in the region.This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 15 months and is renewable on an annual basis.The role sits within the Brand & Communications Department and reports directly to the Manager – Content Development.We are looking for a passionate Content Production Coordinator who can support the end-to-end execution of content shoots, from interpreting creative briefs and preparing production plans through to on-ground coordination and post-production handover. You should also have experience coordinating production teams, vendors, locations, equipment, schedules, and talent within a creative, media, production, or in-house Brand & Communications environment.Key responsibilities:Coordinate pre-production activities, including reviewing creative briefs, production plans, shot lists, and schedulesSupport and coordinate on-ground shoot execution, including crew, talent, locations, and production requirementsMonitor content capture during shoots and flag any deviations from the approved creative brief or production requirementsCoordinate production logistics including permits, equipment, locations, resources, and schedulesWork closely with videographers, photographers, production teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendorsSupport the resolution of production-related issues during shoots to ensure timelines and requirements are metOrganise captured content and ensure accurate handover to post-production teamsEnsure content production activities are delivered efficiently and in line with approved quality and creative standardsKnowledge, skills & experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Media Production, Communications, or a related field3–5 years of relevant experience in content production, media production, creative coordination, or a similar environmentExperience working within a creative agency, production house, or in-house Brand & Communications function is preferredHands-on experience coordinating content shoots, production schedules, logistics, and on-ground executionGood understanding of the content production workflow from pre-production through to post-productionExperience working with videographers, photographers, production crews, talent, and external vendorsAbility to interpret creative briefs and translate requirements into practical production activitiesStrong communication, organisation, and coordination skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with production coordination toolsRelevant certifications in media production, content creation, film production, or project coordination would be advantageousAvailability:Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or within a maximum of 30 days after accepting the offer.We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in United Arab Emirates.
